All weekend events will be held at Captain Whidbey

Due to limited capacity, not all guests will be able to stay at Captain Whidbey. We will be reaching out to some of our guests by January 2026 to offer rooms, coordinate room assignments, and provide instructions on how to book.

There are several options in Coupeville, which is a 5 minute drive from Captain Whidbey.
Coupeville is worth staying in or visiting. It has a cute, historic downtown area with shops and restaurants along the water.

We recommend staying at the Coupeville Inn. We have arranged a hotel block and rooms will remain set aside for our guests until May 31st. Please book prior to then.

Additional options in Coupeville include Anchorage Inn Bed and Breakfast and Salty Vons Waterfront Inn.

Lastly, Whidbey Island is a popular vacation destination and there are lots of options on Airbnb and VRBO. 

Shuttle pick-up to and from downtown Coupeville will be available on Saturday only. We should be able to add stops to the shuttle route for those staying within a 20-minute radius of downtown Coupeville, please text us if you want to confirm your pick-up spot can be added.
